Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. During busy periods (such as Christmas or Easter), processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- First Class: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at tullulapa@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Please allow a few extra days before getting in touch, as postal delays can occasionally occur.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
