Thank you for shopping with Peace In His Presence. We hope our Scripture cards bring comfort and peace to your heart and home.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• The cards are unused and in their original condition
• The cards are undamaged — free from any marks, bends, or wear
• The cards have no personalisation — personalised orders are non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

• Personalised or custom orders
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at tullulapa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
